Freilichtmuseum Beuren

The Freilichtmuseum Beuren is an open-air museum operated by the Esslingen district in Baden-Württemberg, dedicated to rural culture and historic everyday life. The museum brings together more than two dozen relocated farm buildings, workshops and a Tante-Helene-Lädle village shop set in meadows on the edge of the Swabian Alb. Year-round events such as bake-house days, shepherd's days and family-themed weekends invite visitors to experience traditional crafts, cooking and country life first-hand.
