Freilichtmuseum Neuhausen ob Eck
The Freilichtmuseum Neuhausen ob Eck tells the story of the region between the Swabian Alb, Black Forest and Lake Constance through more than 25 translocated historic buildings. The 7-hectare site features farmhouses, the Gasthaus Ochsen inn, a village school, dairy, smithy, sawmill and more, alongside heritage breeds of pigs, donkeys, goats, sheep and chickens. Year-round events — Goat Day, International Museum Day, harvest celebrations and family weekends — bring traditional rural crafts and everyday life to life for visitors of all ages.
