Fritz-Reuter-Literaturmuseum

The Fritz-Reuter-Literaturmuseum is a literary museum housed in the birthplace of Fritz Reuter (1810-1874), one of the most important Low German authors. Located in Stavenhagen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, it serves as the center of Reuter reception and holds the most comprehensive collections of his manuscripts, paintings, and personal possessions. The institution also manages a city archive, specialized library, and an exhibition on painter Ernst Lübbert.
