Gondwana Praehistorium

GONDWANA – Das Praehistorium is an immersive natural history museum in Schiffweiler, Saarland, Germany, opened in 2008. Through 21 large-scale prehistoric worlds and life-sized robotic dinosaurs (up to 12 metres high and 20 metres long), visitors experience 4.6 billion years of Earth's history. Highlights include a 14-metre-high digital dinosaur show on a 1,500-square-metre stage, the Z.E.R.A. time-travel attraction covering 47 million years of mammalian and human history, and exhibits on Megalodon and human evolution.
