Hartware MedienKunstVerein e.V.

The Hartware MedienKunstVerein (HMKV) in Dortmund is a media art association presenting exhibitions, events, and discussions on contemporary art, technology, and society. Recent exhibitions include "Robotron. Arbeiterklasse und Intelligenz" and "Genossin Sonne", which drew over 20,000 visitors. The organisation operates an exhibition space, runs guided tours, and produces an HMKV Shop and a "Video of the Month" series.
