Landesmuseum Württemberg

Landesmuseum Württemberg in Stuttgart is one of the oldest and most important museums in south-west Germany, presenting over 100,000 years of cultural history in Württemberg. Housed in the historic Altes Schloss (Old Palace), its collections span the Stone Age through to the present, including Celtic gold, Roman treasures, medieval art, the Electoral Chamber of Curiosities, historic clocks and scientific instruments, glassware from four millennia, and musical instruments.
