Emborg / Øm Kloster museum
Øm Kloster Museum, located between the Mossø and Gudensø lakes near Skanderborg, sits on the ruins of a Cistercian monastery founded in the 12th century. Permanent exhibitions cover monastic daily life, faith, medicine and medieval skeletons, along with the ruin complex and a recreated monastic herb garden. The museum is part of Museum Skanderborg.
