Fiskeriets Hus

Fiskeriets Hus in Hvide Sande is a Ringkøbing Fjord Museum that tells the story of the local fjord and sea fisheries, the rescue services of the west Jutland coast and the area's wartime history. Visitors can step inside a small wheelhouse, board the sea-going vessel Thomas, and follow rotating exhibitions such as "Blink i mørket — bunkers and occupation on Holmsland Klit." Children and youth under 18 enter free with an adult; the museum welcomes dogs.
