Drøhses hus

Drøhses Hus is one of Tønder's best-preserved baroque town houses, built in 1672 and awarded the Europa Nostra prize in 1985 after a major restoration. It is part of Museum Sønderjylland and is dedicated to Tønder lace and the building culture of southern Jutland, with permanent and changing exhibitions of lace and local craft. The house also hosts the Rømø-Tønder Tourist Bureau and a lace garden inspired by a 200-year-old pattern from the museum's collection. Admission is free.
