Hjedding Andelsmejeri
Hjedding Andelsmejeri, established in 1882, was Denmark's first cooperative dairy and is considered the cradle of the Danish cooperative movement. The building retains its original 1882 appearance and equipment, including a steam engine, centrifuge, butter churn, and kneading table. The permanent exhibition 'Andelsmejeriet – demokratiets vugge' tells the story of cooperative dairying.
