Bridport Museum

Bridport Museum is based in one of the town's oldest buildings with modern and interactive displays. The museum showcases 180 million years of history including rocks, fossils, local heritage spanning 2,000 years, and 800 years of ropemaking — Bridport's signature industry. A separate Local History Centre is located at The Grove on Rax Lane.
