Buckinghamshire Military Museum

The Buckinghamshire Military Museum Trust (BMMT), established in December 1985, preserves the heritage of military units raised in the historic county of Buckinghamshire from the 1500s onwards, including the Militia, Yeomanry, Volunteers, Territorials and Home Guard. The Trust holds uniforms, flags, weapons, equipment, documents, paintings and photographs relating to these amateur forces, and runs commemorative events, online resources and a Great War virtual trail.
