Chiltern Open Air Museum

Chiltern Open Air Museum in Chalfont St. Giles, Buckinghamshire, was founded by volunteers in 1976 and opened to the public in 1981. The museum rescues threatened historic structures and rebuilds them in a traditional landscape setting, featuring 38 preserved buildings spanning from the Iron Age to the mid-twentieth century.
