Colne Valley Museum

Colne Valley Museum in Golcar, Huddersfield, occupies three former weavers' cottages dating from the 1840s. The museum tells the story of 19th-century Yorkshire weaving life and the textile heritage of the Colne Valley. Visitors can experience demonstrations of spinning, weaving and clogging, and take part in regular Heritage Open Days events.
