Keep Military Museum

The Keep Military Museum in Dorchester, Dorset, is housed in the historic Keep building — the sole remaining structure of the county barracks that once served the 39th Regiment of Foot and the 75th Regiment of Foot. The museum tells the story of the county regiments of Devon and Dorset from the 17th century to the present, including the Dorsetshire Regiment, the Devonshire Regiment, the Devonshire and Dorset Regiment, and The Rifles, through weapons, uniforms, medals, and personal accounts. A rooftop terrace offers panoramic views across Dorchester.
