Laing Museum

The Laing Art Gallery in Newcastle upon Tyne houses an outstanding collection of British art, including paintings, watercolours, ceramics, silver and glassware from the 17th century to the present day. Managed by North East Museums on behalf of Newcastle City Council, the gallery offers world-class temporary exhibitions alongside its permanent collection. Entry is free with no booking required, though some special exhibitions carry an admission charge.
