HK Visual Arts Centre
The Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre (vA!) is an open, multi-directional art space dedicated to art education, research, and creative exchange, located at the top of Hong Kong Park in Cassels Block — a Grade I historic Edwardian Classical Revival building originally built as British Army married officers' quarters and converted into the centre in 1992. The Centre's specialist studios and exhibition space serve full-time artists, amateurs, and the wider public, with programmes including artist-in-residence projects, art talks, exhibitions, and screenings. vA! lays the groundwork for homegrown artistic innovation in Hong Kong.
