Krka - well of life
Krka – vrelo života (Krka – Well of Life) is the Nature Interpretation Centre at the western entrance to Krka National Park in Kistanje, Croatia. The centre uses interactive exhibitions and fourteen audio points to explore the invaluable role of water in life on Earth and tells the story of the Krka River, which has shaped the landscape, culture and people of Šibenik-Knin County for centuries — from ancient mills and Roman camps to the first European hydroelectric plant to produce alternating current.
