Beli Visitor Center and Rescue Center for Griffon Vultures
The Beli Visitor Centre and Rescue Centre for Griffon Vultures is located in a renovated former school building on the island of Cres, Croatia. The ground floor houses a multimedia exhibition about Griffon vultures and the residents of the Tramuntana region, the northern part of the island. The centre also runs the rescue station for Griffon vultures, hosts photographic exhibitions, children's workshops, and offers information about ornithological reserves and conservation efforts to protect Croatia's last Griffon vulture population on the Kvarner archipelago.
