Malakološki muzej

The Malacological Museum at the Franciscan Monastery in Makarska, Croatia, opened in 1963 and houses one of the finest shell collections in the region, featuring over 3,000 specimens from the Adriatic and tropical seas. The museum showcases the remarkable diversity of molluscs and marine shells collected by the Franciscan friars over many decades.
