Apoxyomenos Museum

The Museum of Apoxyomenos in Mali Lošinj, Croatia, showcases a remarkable bronze statue of a young Greek athlete discovered underwater near the island of Lošinj in 1996. Dating to the 2nd or 1st century BC, the 1.92-metre tall statue underwent six years of restoration before being displayed in its dedicated museum within the Kvarner Palace.
