Chocolate Museum

The Chocolate Museum Zagreb (Muzej čokolade Zagreb) presents the history of chocolate from ancient Mesoamerica to the present day across interactive, family-friendly themed rooms — a mystical jungle, baroque salon and a recreation of Willy Wonka's factory among them. Visitors taste nine kinds of chocolate, grind cacao on a metate and froth chocolate with a molinillo Aztec-style, with audio guides available in 16 languages. The museum also runs praline workshops, expert-led tours, school visits and birthday parties, and operates a boutique stocked with artisan and craft chocolates from Croatian chocolatiers.
