American Pilgrim Museum

The American Pilgrim Museum in Leiden is a small museum with a big story, dedicated to the English Pilgrims who lived in Leiden during the 17th century before emigrating to America on the Mayflower. Housed in the former sexton's house of Pieterskerk, the museum tells the story of these remarkable religious refugees and their lasting impact on American history.
