Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience

In 2007 Clare County Council opened the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience comprising of a new state of the art underground visitor centre building and development and extension of the cliff edge pathways, steps and viewing platforms. Ecological reconstruction of the grassland habitats on the cliff tops within the visitor zone was also part of the project. The visitor centre was officially opened on 8th February 2007.
