King House: Historic Mansion and Military Barracks

King house is a museum on 3 floors dealing with the history of the house which was built in 1730, it has the largest museum dedicated to the Connaught rangers in Ireland and also caters for various functions. It houses the Boyle civic art collection consisting of over 200 paintings.
