Meath Local Studies

The local history department is currently housed at the Library Headquarters in Navan. The Department holds a large collection of items including: Old Newspapers, Local History Journals, Local Census returns, Schools Folklore Collection from 1937, Local Photographs, A collection of Books and Poetry from Local Authors past and present, Books and pamphlets produced by Local History Societies, Trade Directories for Meath, Local Workhouse Records, School Registers, Local Historical Maps and Genealogical Material.
