Dr Ramnath A Podar Haveli Museum

The Dr. Ramnath A. Podar Haveli Museum is housed in a beautifully restored Shekhawati haveli in Nawalgarh, Rajasthan, and showcases one of India's finest collections of Shekhawati art. Established in 1955 and run by the Anandilal Podar Trust, the museum's themed galleries cover Rajasthani miniature paintings, bridal costumes, fairs and festivals, gems and jewellery, forts, carved wooden gates, traditional Rajasthani living styles, and musical instruments. The frescoed haveli itself — built by wealthy traders to rival Rajput palaces — is a centrepiece of the visit.
