Government Museum and Art Gallery

One of the premier institutions of India with a very rich collection of Gandharan sculptures, Pahari and Rajasthani miniature paintings. The museum originated following India's 1947 partition, housing collections previously held at Lahore's Central Museum, with approximately 13,000 objects.
