Museo Ferroviario di Puglia

The Museo Ferroviario della Puglia (Puglia Railway Museum) is a railway heritage museum located in Lecce, Apulia, run by AISAF (Associazione Italiana per la Storia e la Cultura Ferroviaria). The museum preserves the history and development of rail transport in the Puglia region, housing a collection of historic locomotives, rolling stock, equipment, documents, and photographs that trace the evolution of the southern Italian railway network from the nineteenth century to the present day. It offers visitors a journey through the industrial and social history of Puglia as shaped by the coming of the railways.
