Toraya Archives

Toraya, a maker of wagashi (a traditional Japanese confections), was founded in the early 16th Century in Kyoto. Toraya Archives (Toraya Bunko) was established to house old documents, Toraya tools, research studies, and collecting wagashi books/records.Toraya Archives also holds wagashi-related exhibitions in Toraya Gallery.
