SHOKEI-KAN (Historical Materials Hall for the Wounded and sick Retired Soldiers,etc. )

The Shokei-kan is a national facility that collects,preserves and exhibits oral testimonies,historical materials,books and information about various hardships experienced during and after the war by sick and wounded servicemen,as well as by their families,etc.By so doing,it provides an opportunity for posterity to learn about those hardships. The shokei-kan was opened in March 2006.
