Handunugoda Tea Estate

Handunugoda Tea Estate (Herman Teas) is a working tea plantation on Sri Lanka's southern coast offering guided tours through the gardens, factory tours featuring 150-year-old machinery, and a Tea Appreciation Program. The estate is renowned for its Virgin White Tea, harvested with golden scissors and untouched by hand. Visitors can relax at the Planter's Bungalow with Oolong tea and chocolate cake, and shop rare teas at the estate boutique.
