Džūkste Fairy-Tale Museum

Džūkstes Pasaku muzejs (Džūkste Fairy-Tale Museum) is a unique museum in Latvia dedicated to fairy tales and folklore, centred on the life and work of teacher, writer and folklorist Anss Lerhis-Puškaitis (1859-1903). The museum is part of the Tukums Museum network and presents permanent exhibitions on Lerhis-Puškaitis and his pupils, an outdoor exhibition "In the Footsteps of the Fairy Tale Father", and offers educational programmes, family events, fairy tale festivals, candle-making workshops, ghost story evenings, and seasonal celebrations.
