Jānis Zābers Museum “The Old Kiln”

The Jānis Zābers Museum 'Vecais ceplis' (The Old Kiln) is dedicated to the renowned Latvian National Opera soloist Jānis Zābers, who had a notable ten-year career from 1960 to 1970. Established in 1973 at his childhood home, the museum showcases photographs, opera costumes, and recorded performances. The site also offers a picnic area, camping, and access to the nearby Aiviekstes River.
