Exotic Garden

The Jardin Exotique de Monaco is the principality's botanical garden, perched on a steep cliffside above Monaco. Founded in the 1930s, it features thousands of succulents and rare exotic plants from around the world, alongside the Observatory Cave and the Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology. Guided tours of the cave and botanical centre are offered, with views over Monaco and the Mediterranean.

Open year-round except during the Monaco Grand Prix and 25 December. Jan/Nov/Dec: 9:00–17:00. Feb–Apr & Oct: 9:00–18:00. May–Sep: 9:00–19:00. Cave guided tours hourly from 10:00 (40–45 min).
