Full payment must be settled no later than seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled tour date. The final payment amount shall reflect the confirmed number of attendees provided by the stated deadline, which is typically seven (7) working days before the event. Cancellations and Refunds If the tour is cancelled before the payment deadline , the deposit is non-refundable . If the tour is cancelled after the payment deadline , the client shall forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the total amount as liquidated damages. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance on the day of the tour.
