Clendon House

Clendon House in Rawene, Northland, is the historic residence of merchants James and Jane Clendon and home to the UNESCO-recognised Clendon Papers, which document 150 years of a significant Northland whānau. The property is recognized as a Tohu Whenua heritage experience and offers guided tours of the historic house and its garden. Heritage New Zealand manages the site.
