Archive of Māori And Pacific Sound

The Archive of Māori and Pacific Sound, established in 1970 at the University of Auckland, preserves oral traditions from Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific. Its holdings span from 1910 to the present and include vocal and instrumental music recordings, oral histories, stories, and language resources from most tribal groups of New Zealand and Pacific Islands areas.
