Edwin Fox Maritime Centre

The Edwin Fox Maritime Museum in Picton showcases the Edwin Fox, one of the world's oldest surviving merchant ships and the last surviving convict transport to Australia. Launched in 1853, the vessel served as a Crimean War troop carrier, convict transport, and migrant ship across the globe. The museum is operated by the Edwin Fox Society, dedicated to the conservation and interpretation of this important maritime heritage ship.
