Fell Locomotive Museum

The Fell Locomotive Museum in Featherston, New Zealand, is home to H 199 "Mont Cenis," the last remaining Fell locomotive in the world, and tells the story of the Rimutaka Incline mountain railway that once connected Featherston with Wellington. Built around the unique 1877 line with its three-mile section of 1-in-15 gradient, the museum preserves a distinctive piece of New Zealand rail heritage.
