Graaff-Reinet Museum

The Graaff-Reinet Museum, governed by a Board of Trustees and subsidized by the Department of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture of the Eastern Cape, was established in 1956. The complex houses four 1800s buildings with cultural heritage collections, fossils, rock art, and period furniture across five properties: Reinet House (1812), Old Library (1847), Urquhart House, Old Residency, and Military History Museum (2005).
