Instituto Sérvulo Esmeraldo

The Instituto Sérvulo Esmeraldo is dedicated to the life and work of Ceará artist Sérvulo Esmeraldo (1929–2016), one of Brazil's most innovative visual artists. The collection includes sculptures, maquettes, videos, books, illustrations, and engravings documenting his creative journey. The institute was founded by Dodora Guimarães, the artist's widow, and inaugurated in 2022 in Fortaleza.
