Hrvatsko muzejsko društvo (HMD), also known as the Croatian Museum Society, is the national professional organization for museums and museum professionals in Croatia. Founded in 1946, the HMD has a long and distinguished history of representing the interests of museums and promoting the development of the museum sector in Croatia.
